Netflix isn’t exactly reliable with older or niche shows as stuff rotates out all the time, disappears by region, or gets dropped with zero warning. At least on YouTube, FiM is free, official, and accessible worldwide without another subscription barrier. That matters. The “made for kids” thing...

Honestly it's a testament to the stability of this fandom that it's still remained decently active despite all that. I think there's a bit of a new nostalgic influx coming in. hopefully G6 fares better, I'm sure we'll get an update on that early this year
