I have theory about the time reversal I don't know how accurate it is. The time reversal only affects those who's DNA code isn't registered by the program thus erasing the minds of those who aren't registered via the scanners or many physical or mental encounters with X.A.N.A. As I said before...

Nice point about the scanners although I don't think X.A.N.A. would be that stupid. He would infect the most advanced military technological computer and boot all of the people out as he re cunstructs the scanners from there then shutting off the scanners would be much more difficult now...
