Lionsgate currently owns the home video rights, not only to the Terrytoons, but the Fleischer library, George Pal Puppetoons and the pre-1950 Famous Studios cartoons.Basically Lionsgate and Viacom has should have a motto in their home video department, by saying "We Don't Like To Make Money".

Reading this news doesn't disapoint me at all, since this channel has sucked for the past ten years and now the channel has added live action series and the sooner the better they shut down this channel.
