Considering that Robin passes out becons to like any hero he meets. I think Static has a pretty good chance. But he still gota pass a loyalty test and abilities to be on the team.

Raven is my fav. Looking at her is like looking in a mirror in a character sense. But Terra had that look at least in her first appearence of being a rival, but now shes just kinda average due to her attitude change.

The tourney seemed like a normal Hero challenge, almost spiritual. I found it strange, almost like all the worlds heros go thru the challenge or something. :shrug:
