I know you posted this over a year ago, but it caught my eye and I wanted to respond... Apparently, AoA was the plan for season 3 of X-Men '97 prior to Beau DeMayo's departure. It's such a shame that we aren't going to see that. If the powers-that-be didn't want to have that be part of the new...

I suspect that Christopher Jones studied the designs for Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr. that were used in the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "The Malicious Mr. Mind!" and tried to honor those specific designs while also respecting the information that Greg Weisman had made public at...

Troia in YJ has "a mix" of some of the different origins seen in the comics.
My best guess is that she's a human orphan girl that Diana failed to save in a burning building during WWII. The goddess Rhea saved her instead and gifted her to Hippolyta as "Troia", a person of immense significance...
I do not remember the track "Almost a Clone"... Perhaps this was cut from the episode ("Epilogue")? Likely from the scene when Terry yells at Bruce in the Bat-Cave? It not only has the Shirley Walker Batman theme but it also has thematic material from "Mask of the Phantasm"!
