Even though it isn't really a good movie, I think the animated stuff could stand to be released on their own. Most people would agree they are by far the parts most worth watching, and all of the things this film is fondly remembered for can be found in those.

Well, when Disney Plus is on the horizon, you kind of have to be serious. But yeah, it's really starting to feel like Time Warner wants to transition CN content away from the network entirely.

I wish it could've risen above that status - to really grow into its own life.

It's a real shame they won't be able to go out on a grander note. It totally deserves the comic continuation so much more than FiM.
