I thought Billy and Mandy and Teen Titans were still airing around 2008 - 2010 since so many reruns of the shows was prevalent around those years.

TV-14 cartoons would look out of place since Cartoon Network's main target audience is for kids. Adult Swim however is aimed at teenagers and adults which would fit the rating with its environment.

I agree with Adult Swim caring too much for FOX shows, they should really tone the reruns down or put them all in their own separate block. Anyway, I agree with your schedule 100%.

What Nicktoons need to do is to stop turning itself into Nick 2 and start airing cartoons that aren't in Nicks garbage dump. IMO the Splat on Nicktoons does sound like a good idea, it give Nicktoons the opportunity to air classic reruns to the younger demographic who never watched the cartoons...
