Don't get me wrong, I love(d) DB and DBZ too, I was a big fan, but it just got old. Oh yeah, in the Red Ribbon part there's this nice It was a very cool series and all, but it was so repetitive... well, this caused me to get tired of anime as a whole. (now I'm back!!!) :D

Trigun is a good example. I'm not much into its characters ( I think Wolfwood is cool, though ), but I think the show does a good job in exposing its philosophy to the audience. I haven't watched The Big O so I can't comment. :cool:

She's an Slovak tennis player. She played ( and won ) a 3 + hour match against Conchita Martínez in the Fed Cup in November 2002 and that's how I discovered her. Of course I taped the match. She has a fighting spirit and always gives her 100 %, and besides that she's beautiful. This thread will...

Dragon Ball ( Z ) is not over-rated nor under-rated. It's old. As for Akira, well, besides outdated I consider it over-rated. I didn't like the way they changed the story in the movie.

Rachel Summers. I've been a bit out of touch with Super-Hero comics as of late, so I can't say if they're using her now or not. Some people wanted Jean Grey back, and they resurrected her in a Fantastic Four issue ( correct me if I'm wrong ), so Ray was no longer needed.

Um, I only have blurry memories of this show.... but they kind of look anime-like.
