So, this is actually based on my original post in the 'is animation beyond saving' thread, I feel like there are multiple ways we can help fix or at least improve the animation industry so it benefits all animators. It's no secret at this point that it's been a rough year for animation...

Just why? What is the point in setting goals and enjoying life when everything is horrible and nothing we do works or matters or makes a difference?
