Comic-Con has inked a deal with San Diego that will keep the convention in town through 2016, the Associated Press reports.
The new deal will allow organizers to use meeting space in nearby hotels to create a “Comic-Con campus” outside the San Diego Convention Center. The city hopes to begin an expansion of the Center next year.
