Wonder Women is yet to impress me, except for the unusual chemistry that seems to lurk between her and Bruce!

I'm gonna go with Batman on this one...he's just my favorite hero period. But Green Lantern is probably my second...In fact, I'd have to agree with Tim--I like them all except for Hawkgirl!

My all-time fave will always be The Bat.

HOWEVER, my vote goes to J'onn J'onzz.
He's got mad skillz:

1. super-strength
2. the gift of flight
3. can use jedi mind tricks
4. alter his density/tangibility
5. morphing abilities

not to mention he's like 7' tall and is green, so set the fear factor on 8.


I'm waiting for the first wiseguy/gal to mark None of the Above and vote Aquaman.

Howdy,

I'm going with Hawkgirl on this one. Reasons:

1. She's finally getting some time on her own without Hawkman. I always had a soft spot for the Hawks.
2. While I have nothing against angst and personal struggle in superheroes, sometimes you just want a straightforward hero who smashes stuff really hard and is good at it.
3. Maria Canals is one of the best voice actresses on the show, IMO.
4. She looks good in the costume.
5. She's a redhead. Inordinate number of points for that fact alone.
6. More than a few people on the board are going to get really hacked off by my choice .

I'm with Anarky. Batman is my favorite, but the "Best" award goes to the best combination of useful ability and cooperation...embodied in Martian Manhunter surely. If they start writing Superman better though that might change.

I think Martian Manhunter is a character that REALLY deserved to be put in the spotlight, and have more exposure. And that's just what Bruce Timm and Company's animated serieseseses do. He's a great character and they've used him pretty darn well. [/color]

I would've liked to put Hawkgirl higher on the list but the show has yet to develop her character fully. If Batman wasn't my all-time favorite character...I think Flash would've ranked Number one, although like Hawkgirl ...I don't think the show has fleshed him out like the other characters. Hopefully in season 2 will see more storylines on these two.

Batman is obviously the best. He's the genius of the group (then again so is MM) He could beat most of the JL villians easily. He could beat the JL (but it'd be kinda hard). The Man of Steel is my second favorite and Flash is my 3rd.

honestly I love the interaction between Flash and GL. If they swapped GLs (even to Hal my favorite GL) it would totally ruin that chemistry. I voted for flash.

well, even though BATMAN is my favorite (he is batman after all ), i totally agree w/ you. MM has really grown on me throughout the series. he's one of the characters that seems to be growing as far as his character goes. i love his powers and i love how they make him use them. plus hes a really easy character to like, because although he can kick butt in battle, hes very gentle, kind, and level headed the rest of the time, which i think kind of makes him unique among the JL. plus hes almost like a parent figure to the rest of the JL, since it seems hes always the one taking care of them in the watchtower when they get hurt. he rocks.

Superman just isn't what he used to be, so my vote goes to MM. I think he is so cool.
