Son of the Bronx released the AS ratings for two weeks ago and here's how the June 9th lineup did:

12:00 - Bleach- 1.135 million viewers
12:30 - Deadman Wonderland - 808,000 viewers
1:00 - Casshern Sins - 642,000 viewers
1:30 - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - 606,000 viewers
2:00 - Ghost in the Shell: 2nd GiG - 571,000 viewers
2:30 - Cowboy Bebop - 519,000 viewers
3:00 - Bleach - 582,000 viewers
3:30 - Deadman Wonderland - 491,000 viewers
4:00 - Casshern Sins - 489,000 viewers
4:30 - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - 473,000 viewers
5:00 - Ghost in the Shell: 2nd Gig - 420,000 viewers
5:30 - Cowboy Bebop - 388,000 viewers

Bleach ranked #84 on the list. It got beat out by some reruns of Off the Air​ at 4 AM. Also, the concern that some had that Bleach was too far into its run and should be put at 1 AM hasn't fazed the show. It still gets over 1 million viewers, even with Toonami back.

Two big sports events occurred on that day so the decrease is to be expected.

Those aren't terrible considering the competition, but I was hoping they would all be at least Week One level. Pretty disappointing.

Let's hoping the trending that happened with Toonami and it's premieres (possibly Cowboy Bebop as well) indicates good ratings for Week Four.

Yeah, Toonami had the big boxing title fight that night to contend with, which didn't even start until the NBA ECF ended so Toonami's ratings were skewed a bit because of it. Those are still decent numbers regardless of the big sporting events so I guess there is no shame in those numbers, however this past Saturday's ratings should be much stronger.

Bleach remains strong even in filler.

I think they should try putting it at 12:30 and running a premiere between The Boondocks and Bleach. That's an ideal place to air Panty & Stocking if it were to replace Deadman Wonderland when it ends. Casshern would benefit from airing directly after Bleach. That scenario would turn out even better if Black Dynamite was airing encores right before Toonami.

Ratings highlights from last week:

Adult Swim

Adult Swim ranked as television’s #1 network for Total Day Delivery of young adults 18-34, 18-49 & 18-24, as well as men 18-34, 18-49 & 18-24. In Prime Time (8-11 p.m.), Adult Swim also ranked #2 (behind USA) among basic cable networks for delivery of adults 18-34. Total Day overall delivery grew among adults 18-34 by 6%, adults 18-24 by 7%, men 18-34 by 3% and men 18-24 by 11%.Among Adult Swim original programming:

• Metalocalypse (Sunday, 12:15 a.m.) increased delivery of adults 18-34 (377,000) by 41%, adults 18-24 (156,000) by 26% and adults 18-49 (490,000) by 1%.

• The Eric Andre Show (Sunday, 12:30 a.m.) increased delivery of adults 18-34 (299,000) by 15% and men 18-34 (200,000) by 11%.

• Eagleheart (Thursday, 12 a.m.) ranked #1 in its timeslot among adults 18-24.

• Deadman Wonderland (Saturday, 12:30 a.m.) ranked #1 in it is timeslot among adults 18-24 and men 18-34 & 18-24, increasing deliveries between 8% and 24%.

• Casshern Sins (Saturday, 1 a.m.) ranked #1 in its timeslot among adults 18-24 and men 18-24.

Overall, Adult Swim programming – including ​

Family Guy, Robot Chicken, American Dad

and ​

Squidbillies

– accounted for ​

more than half (27) of the top 50 telecastsof the week

on basic cable among ​

adults 18-34

, and 38 of the top 50 telecasts of the week among adults 18-24, both more than any other network.​

As long as Deadman and Casshern keep racking up the #1s Toonami will be okay. It won't be in a ideal spot but it'll be okay.

Looks like many of Toonami's shows are ranking #1 in their respective slots, I can't wait to see the final ratings for these show to see if they were better than the June 9th ratings. I'm pretty sure they will be since they were battling the NBA ECF and the Manny/Bradley fight on PPV, I'd like to see Deadman Wonderland and Casshern Sins up over 1M viewers if at all possible.

Deadman Wonderland was less than 900K during the first week, but went over 1100K the second week.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood: 700,000-950,000

Ah, I see.

Fullmetal Alchemist will probably get higher numbers than GitS and Bebop like it has done the other times. I think the range should go higher for that.

Yeah.
I suspect when Bleach gets back into the canon stuff, ratings will pick up a little.

I didn't expect them to beat week 2 but I was hoping for Casshern to get in the 900,000s. As long as at least half of those 806,000 are 18-49 then it's in good shape. If it is less than half... well... that's too bad but not entirely unexpected.

Deadman almost made a million and Bleach is doing fine but canon episodes should boost it up nicely from there.

We should definitely be concerned about Week Five's rating since that happened with Week Three and it saw a big decline. It doesn't mean one will happen for sure, but it could go either way. Given that this was a relatively competition-free week and that Bleach got an increase Week Two despite not getting #1, an increase is possible, but we are also well within the realm of possibility that this will decline from last week. If that does happen, we should start to worry about the future for Toonami as word of mouth about it's return has already made it's use.

Week 5 Ratings will be great. If The Toonami Ratings goes down, we should be worried about the future of Toonami and it's returned about an month ago. Toonami should aired on Saturday Evenings on Cartoon Network for the Kids and Teens.
