This right here is true. i a pretty sure it was Dave Filoni, head of Star Was The CLone Wars, that has said early on in the show's run, they were limited from doing a lot due to constraints 2D animation doesn't. He said how each eisode costs a small fortune, due to having to build character models and entire "sets" per se. He has said that cloaks weren't brought in until Season 3 or 4 due to them costing a lot to animate, something 2D animation wouldn't need to worry about. Also, SW reuses a lot of the same specie, human and Weequay, due to them being generic models that they do not need o do a lot with, compared to just drawing in all different looks.

Cloaks eh? Interesting.

That's good to hear. GMC is that 'Grand Master' stage label for a final build?

War, Huh, Good God, What Is It Good For

I can't believe Wonder Girl has made it back from the bottom of the ocean in "Before The Dawn". I thought for sure she was dead. Who wants to bet she won't have any lines? And that Arsenal will do something suspicious? That Bumblebee will continue to avoid Mal? And that the whole thing will devolve into another episode of "Scarab & The Speedster"? If Dr. Fate is so powerful why hasn't he fought The Reach yet? And if The Reach are such intergalactic, planetary bad guys, what will Rimbor's reaction to Booo Beetle be?

No pictures of the Space Super Jail 7 worries me. Never mind! Here's a clip from "War" Superman speaks!!!! Looks like Icon gets to go all Ally McBeal and lawyer up the league.

This is the first time Superboy & Wonder Girl have been in the same place at the same time to interact. Wonderboy shippers now is your time! Beast Boy will surely get to wangst about M'gann to Superboy. I change my mind it won't be Wonder Girl who won't get to speak, it'll be Hawk Woman.

The May 24th time stamp surprises me. How have they managed not to find Black Manta's sub and M'gann after 6+ weeks? Hopefully someone on the Team will make a passing reference to "One of our senior members has been held prisoner for 5 weeks, but we'll get around to finding her. Eventually."

Why would you assume we are going to see the Rimbor trial?? I honestly think they are saving that for near the season finale. I would say maybe they would even be found guilty as a cliffhanger but there is a trailer that shows Superman flying alongside a Reach ship

The May 24th time stamp surprises me. How have they managed not to find Black Manta's sub and M'gann after 6+ weeks? Hopefully someone on the Team will make a passing reference to "One of our senior members has been held prisoner for 5 weeks, but we'll get around to finding her. Eventually."

Remember, Aquaman and his citizens were said to be looking for the captive Lagoon Boy back in "Satisfaction", and all right, they didn't need to search for very long, but the point is that the ocean is so vast that they'd have been lucky to have found the sub within 6 months. I mean, it is on the move all the time, presumably. Plus, since communications between Aqualad and Nightwing are down for obvious reasons, none of the good guys are really in a position to help M'gann. I guess those with some inside knowledge i.e. Sportsmaster and Cheshire, really are her only hope. At least until they've diverted enough attention to give M'gann and/or Artemis a chance to call for help.

"Complications" will probably be set at the end of May, given the May 24th timestamp, leaving episodes 17-19 for June and the finale for July 4th.

I'm just happy that abomination of a Joker design won't re-appear in this show. As much as I like Young Justice, it pretty much had the worst incarnation of Joker I have ever seen. Thank god he was only in one episode.

It wasn't the worst, THE Batman Joker with the dreadlocks and button eyes and looked liked he overdosed on candy was bad

I'm kinda gonna reserve judgment for this series until it's over. I suspect too it'll have a decent ending but leave a cliff hanger, especially with the whole Apokalips story arc unfulfilled. I really hope to put high expectations behind me on this show.

I wonder if we had gotten a 26 episode order for Invasion we would have had Darkseid instead of Mongul. That fiery planet thing next to Earth's moon we saw in trailers is appearing this episode and it looks a lot like Apokolips. However, http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/ca/Dc_Presents_-_28.jpg kinda looks like it too. Easier to fit in Mongul these last six eps than Darkseid. The plot pacing will be really fast as it is.
