The Funi dub really isn't that bad, in my opinion. They were airing the 1st episode of the dub at Otakon before the L'Arc~en~Ciel concert, and we ended up seeing it twice. I've never seen the original, but none of the voices sounded really off and horrible to me. The only one that really...

I've only seen the first episode, but I liked what I saw. Though the dub does suffer from CAGVS (Cutesy Anime Girl Voice Syndrome).

I like that commercial, too. Almost as much as I liked this episode.

Someone give this kid a sedative. I liked the episode, it was nice. Then again, I'm always more interested in character interaction than I am with "a boy and his sword/gundam/pretty shiny rock" stories.

I like. Was good. Toboe did sound kinda annoying. That's just the VA though, not the character. Almost forgot to watch.

My cable went out two minutes into the first run, and I was half asleep and hopped up on Nyquil when I saw it the second run-through, so this might be less than coherent: Redheaded stepchild is dead. Good. Darcia creeps me out. Two naked chicks in one show. Whoo. Toboe is adorable. Hush...

I think they use them as teasers. "You see them? Don't know who they are? Well we're gonna flood you with them EVERY SINGLE DAY until you just HAVE to know who they are so you KEEP WATCHING NO MATTER WHAT!" Or something.

But he's adorable! ... Yeah, that's a good enough reason for most people to hate him. I re-watched it this morning, and I still twitch and want to shout "Spike!" every time I see Hige. It's the hair and the little salute/wave thing his did with his hand. Glad the kid with no front teeth...
