I wonder if songs had a longer shelf life over half a century ago. In "Hare We Go" (1951), Bugs sings a parody of "Let That Be a Lesson to You", a song from 1937.
Gotta love brevity in film reviews. Here's a gem from the Video Movie Guide by Nick Martin and Marsha Porter, for Dance of Death/House of Evil (1971): "Don't waste your time." That's it. That's the review.
Tokko's opening theme, "Nothing", may be one of the worst OPs ever, but dang if I still don't remember it over 15 years later. "Shiny daaaaaay, shiny daaaaay, GAP! GAP!..... GAP! GAP!"
Watched The Wild for the first time last night. I can see why this didn't catch on. And OMG if I see another animated movie end on a dance party I'm gonna scream.
Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)
Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
