Most 90s kids (I'm one myself) are spoiled by the cartoons they watched when they were little. I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing.
