From the top of my head: Pros: Peter Parker/Spider-Man wisecracked, was funny, and smart; the relationship between Peter and Gwen was cute; the movie was more serious; the powers Peter developed were explored better than Raimi's, IMO Cons: I thought the score could have been better.

I really lost track of this show. I think it's safe to say that I'm pretty much done with this show. I don't really care much for it. :/

Very true. This show doesn't seem to have a clear direction. I strongly agree with that. One episode you see Spider-Man just fighting by himself, and in another the whole team shows up.

I saw the episode yesterday. One thing I really do like is the role Spider-Man took as a leader of the group. Other than that, there's nothing special about this episode. The guest appearance of Thor was okay, and nothing more.

Agreed. I don't think this show will focus on the romance aspect. They are more likely to focus on the action for the kids, unfortunately.

More focused on Spider-Man? Maybe they should do that for the series. lol :)

I would have to say that this episode is a litter more serious than the earlier episodes. At least in this episode, the fight with the Living Laser did not have any cutaway scenes or anything that would take the moment away. So that's an improvement.

Will this follow exactly like the TV series?

I feel like all of the characters lack some character development. I sometime feel like the characters are there just to crack jokes or argue.

I don't know if this had been addressed yet, but when Spider-Man gets the Iron Spider suit, is he going to use it all the time, or will it be every now and then? I would think that getting the Iron Spider suit would make him want to use it more than his normal suit.

I agree. The cutaway scenes have got to stop or at least minimize, especially during the fight scenes. It just takes away the moment. Another thing to consider is that all of these cutaway scenes, "humor," or breaking the fourth wall need to be limited because if not, it will take away the...

I finally found the time to watch this episode yesterday. So far, it's okay. The interaction between Spider-Man and Nova was kind of interesting and funny, but as it went on, it felt overdone. Like they were trying to be funny. Speaking of funny, I didn't find the jet-pack to be humorous at all...
