Interesting tidbit about that. Either iTunes is wrong, or something else is being thrown into the season pass we don't know about. The "Season 4" count on iTunes is 8 episodes. Including Primus and Time Heals, there are only 7 episodes remaining.

Alien Swarm takes place 2 months after Ben/Gwen's 16th birthday. So, not between seasons 2-3 like mentioned earlier in the thread. And don't quote me on this, but that's not the last time you'll see Nanomech.

Earth is low tech level, primitive... those making the rules probably don't see it as much of anything, which is why these laws make sense in a way. It'd be really interesting if, at the culmination of the season, Ben has to prove to someone or something that the Earth is worth having around.
