It doesn't look like the changes are all that substantial or create an environment that would lead to more children's programming. It creates a little flexibility for the stations, but thats about it unless I'm missing something.

It looks like Sonic X isn't coming in the near future. They commented on this facebook post saying: "at this point Sonic X is not coming to KidsCLICK in the near future. BUT please stay TOONed as we grow and add more shows."

Those weekend times are not great. 5-7 am and then 1-2 pm on Saturday. And 12-3 pm on Sunday. I thought they might have a little more control over the scheduling since they own the stations.
