Here are the list of titles anine should've been released in the US

Tonde Buurin/Super Pig: Saban dubbed the series but never aired in the US despite being produced in the US but in Latin America and Brazil and Europe and New Zealand.

Shin Chan Vitello dub: Before there was the Funimation gag dub, Crayon Shin-Chan got its first English dub produced by Vetillo and that never aired in the US despite being dubbed in California. The dub almost aired in the US but Disney turned it down because it didn't meet their family friendly strategies.

Powerpuff Girls Z: It's an anime spin off of one of CN's favorite shows. It's PPG meets Sailor Moon. It has a dub produced by Ocean Group but never aired in both US and native Canada but aired in Latin America and it's considered a classic hit there.

Name any anime titles that it would've been shown in the US.

• Cutey Honey - the anime serials rarely circulated outside of Japan, its country of origin. The 1973 anime aired in France and Flash was shown in Germany.
• The 1999 Hunter x Hunter anime received a Blue Water Studios dub, but it was not aired in the U.S. Conversely, the 2011 anime aired on Toonami back in 2016.
• Although some English dubs of Pretty Cure serials have been produced such as Futari Wa, most were not broadcast on U.S. cable television.

I still remember chatter around this when ADV licensed the title initially and was trying to get this on tv and they even commissioned three different test dubs and pitched it around to different networks(CN liked the "mass-market" dub while Nickelodeon liked the "kids" dub) but for whatever reason, they passed their license over to Funimation. Real shame it never got to air on CN in America.
