True, Dean Lorey did confirm that was Wally West in the nightmare vision in Creature Commandos but sorta moot if that was Flash or Kid Flash. That's about the only mention of a Flash so far unless something came up in the Superman movie. But in theory if there's a Wally, there's a Barry and Jay around.

Frank Grillo teased he's already involved in a new project, not sure if movie or TV but we know of a secret series about to be filmed.

Which I assume will be in the continuity of the DCU Batman...and I would be shocked if it didn't include Harley .

All these supposed villain projects will probably live or die by Clayface's performance. I'm still not sold on villain projects every so often but WB/DC seems to be set on them.

My question on this is, is this replacing Penguin? There is no plans for second season and Ferrell is not a fan of the makeup process.

Hmm, I didn't even consider it could be in the Reeveverse since it doesn't seem like it's going to verge into superpowers. I figured we're getting a Harvey Dent, Attorney at Law for a Penguin replacement.

Knowing Reeves is influenced by Earth One to an extent I feel like a bigger curveball is he's not the one who becomes Two-Face.

EDIT 7/3: A Mr. Terrific series is now in development.

There is also a series focused on Mr. Terrific, played by Superman breakout Edi Gathegi, that is in active development with Allan Heinberg (The Sandman) writing the pilot.
