A new, one-hour episode airs tonight at 9:00 PM Eastern. Here is the synopsis:

When Brian uses Stewie's time machine to impress women he meets at bars, he accidentally causes time to run in reverse causing serious consequences for Stewie.

They've gone to that time machine one too many times.....Stewie's had other gadgets lying around. I wonder why they didn't save "Back To The Pilot" for their 200th. Guess I'll find out if this is better.

Also, remember that this isn't really a one-hour episode. They're pulling the same trick they pulled for their 100th and 150th and stuffing the second half with clips.

The highlights:
The episode title is Family Guy backwards, hehehe.
Brian using Stewie's time machine to impress chicks, hehehe.
The neanderthal joke, hehehe.
The Abraham Lincoln's death gag.
Statler & Waldorf along with Waldorf's death, hahahahahahaha.
The Stewie and the chicks gag, hahahahahaha.
Screaming Brian, hehehe, that's one big mouth scream.
Poor Brian messing up Stewie's time machine when the time reverse begins, it's a nice touch for Brian to do stupid things worse than Peter despite him being the smart one/voice of reason/punching bag victim, hehehe.
The whole time reverse scenes.

Further episodes, I hope an episode with Stewie investigating about his biological father who was the football head shaped porn pervert star in Lois's pornographic film from the surprising/shocking ending from And I'm Joyce Kinney is gonna be made which will be very interesting.
It's okay Daffyfan2003, but it would be great if Lacey returns her role as Megan(Meg) maybe.

I enjoyed the episode. The ending was sweet and the reverse chicken-fight was awesome.

Although I'm confused as to whether or not this was actually the "200th" episode of the series. I thought they had a few more to go before reaching 200...

I'm a little surprised that no one metioned Lacy Chabert returning as Meg for this one (I think that was the case, since she was credited and this wasn't prerecorded or anything) and Stewie even mentioned that. (It was the first I heard her name pronounced.) Any comments on that?

Also I wonder if the chicken's kid really is in Stewie's preschool class or if he just said that to make a joke. If he really is there, it might be interesting to see a fight between the two of them.

Nice to see the Greased-Up Deaf Guy reversed, he was hilarious.

It was nice to see the Greased-Up Deaf Guy period. Where has he been hiding? I'm also glad they got a reversal of the Cleveland bathtub gag in.

So many great parts in this episode. The entire beginning was hilarious. Then, the references to previous episodes and gags, such as chicken fights, bathtub gag, greased guy and Peter falling down the stairs were great. I got the most laughs, however, from everyone un-puking. Easily the best episode this season and great 200th episode for the show. I hope for 200 more!
