I watched the pilot episode of Foster's Home, "House of Bloo's - Part 1", on the Cartoon Cartoons' Youtube channel while also subbing.

There were two ways of Bloo watching TV.
Episode: seeing an ad about Foster's home.
End credits: tuning to Cartoon Network to watch a PPG 1998 episode.

UPDATE: they did fix it 3 hours after the uploading, and today they also uploaded the full episode it originated from, "Busted".
Unfortunately with that, they skipped 4 episodes, including "House of Bloo's Parts 2 and 3".
