Red vs. Blue: Restoration

Back in 2003, Rooster Teeth started as a little indie studio producing a Machinima based on Halo titled Red vs. Blue. It wound up being one of the most popular Machinima series of all time, running a good 21 years.

Fast-forward past all that time, and RT winds up being owned by Warner Bros. and later Discovery, and they decide to shut down the studio, leaving the fate of the final season (which they teased last year) up in the air.

Well, today, they released an updated trailer. The final season will be condensed into a movie to be released on digital platforms on May 7. It will be available at a much cheaper rental price 2 weeks later.



Rooster Teeth has compiled all the previous seasons into single videos if you want to catch up.

Long after Rooster Teeth died and was resurrected, the movie is finally going to be available for free.
According to Burnie's latest update, the entire movie is up now for RT sponsors, and episode 1 is available to the public. An episode will be released each week.
