I like that there are no blocks of shows. The schedule has variety unlike most television stations today. They do appear to like Sonic X and Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures a lot, but they never make a full hour block out of them, which is nice!

It doesn't even look like they're trying to pair action shows together and comedy shows together, at least on weekdays. I like that!

I think the weekday schedule is stronger, to be honest. At least for me, since it has 6 different shows on it. Although, I find it weird that Miraculous is on weekdays when it only has 26 episodes to run through.

For some reason I thought they'd treat weekdays as an afterthought and focus in on creating a strong weekend lineup, but I think they created two good schedules for the shows they have.

They seem to be saving the Zak Storm: Super Pirate show and the Transformers show (maybe Transformers: Prime?) for later which is too bad.

Well, my desire for the cool shows to be saved for the weekends didnt quite come true...But at least Miraculous Ladybug is being played every weekday! That's awesome.

AND I heard the block would be built around the tastes of every individual market. So one market sees something and the other sees something different.

Also I was wondering where the heck did you find that schedule! That schedule wasnt there when I shared the link!

It was never really confirmed that it would be the 1988 series I believe. That was just an assumption by everyone I think (even Toon Barn I guess). I wasn't even aware that there were two Robocop shows until today.

It does make more sense though. A show from 1998 will probably fit in better with a block of shows mainly from the 2000s and 2010s then a show from the 1980s would.

I take it you're referring to this? That key art is from Alpha Commando. MGM owns the distribution rights to the two animated series and they amount to just 52 episodes. KidsClick will probably eventually run them both, especially if the Sunday broadcasts aren't an encore.

Those weekend times are not great. 5-7 am and then 1-2 pm on Saturday. And 12-3 pm on Sunday. I thought they might have a little more control over the scheduling since they own the stations.

The non-This TV channels are going to have to schedule around any local news/sports and network E/I block commitments. IIRC, Litton has that time specifically leased out from The CW, right? So, probably no avoiding that.

I still don't know if it will air on WLFL or WRDC here in NC...

WRDC. Looks like weekends will be on the national time of 7 AM. Seems they're shifting the E/I stuff that used to occupy that slot to take over paid programming. Looking at the channel's weekday schedule, dunno what they'll do there right now. Lots of infomercials mixed in with court shows. Might just push the court shows down.

If any of you live in southern Ontario or western New York (like I do), KidsClick will be on WNYO (MyNetwork TV Buffalo) on the first starting at 9 AM. Looks like they're keeping the E/I shows between 7-9AM, but dropping some paid programming slots. Weekdays are currently an unknown as WNYO runs an hour-long 7 AM morning show, but IIRC that's a rebroadcast from another channel.

Hey...when I saw WRDC's listings for KidsClick, they don't list the shows for it, instead they list the Chinese show of the same name!

It doesn't have the "Alpha Commando" subtitle on the KidsClick website, so what was I supposed to think?

In any event, we'll find out soon enough which show it is (or if it will be both) once the block premieres.

Oh yeah, and I did know that MGM owns the rights to both shows (they are connected to a movie franchise, after all).

WYNO is also on cable on Rogers, but I don't subscribe to that channel anymore due to saving money. My antenna doesn't pick up any US channels since I wanna find a better antenna that has US channels.
