omg tht would be funny i wouldnt be surprised if they did something simmular. They better have a new intro and new bumps we had 5-6 with the same bumps i want some new ones. im pretty sure the'll have new ones though

Sounds like we won't be getting any real show promos until Bleach is running, in all likelihood.

Wow. What a whiny ****. Um, Toonami WAS originally a nostalgia block! Robotech, Voltron, Thundercats, the original line-up was all old shows. Even when they showed new stuff, they showed old stuff as well. And who's to say there won't be new stuff on this block? FUNimation has shown interest in getting new shows on the block. As far as Boondocks goes, they announced new seasons of pretty much ALL their shows that same day, they're not all for Toonami. And they announced they're MAKING NEW SHOWS WITH JAPANESE PRODUCERS! Guess this guy's just complaining for the sake of complaining.

It would be kind of cool if they open the first night of the new Toonami with the "bang" that ended the old one, and they could then pull back and have TOM talking about some messed-up tapes a la April Fools. That sort of thing could actually make a pretty endearing running gag, with TOM as the voice of the fandom rolling their eyes at AS's usual trolls.

I'm hoping they picked up Madoka Magica and Panty and Stocking are on there! I loved both of their Japanese Dubs!

Oddly enough on April 1 he said everyone should be grateful to Adult Swim for bringing it back for a day and before that he made many whiny videos wishing for Toonami to be brought back.

His whole "sheep in wolf's clothing" analogy makes zero sense too since there's nothing deceitful or phony about what Williams Street is doing here. He has a really nasty, pessimistic view on the whole thing...And he hasn't even seen the schedule yet!

And Boondocks always aired 11 or 11:30PM, never further back then that and Adult Swim's always considered it part of their comedy lineup. Why do people think it'll be on Toonami? Just because of the animation style?

I notice many of the people commenting on his video are saying they used to like his opinions on previous vids but now he's just being a "hypocrite" and a "killjoy", among other things. All of which are true, he's being ridiculous.

I assume you know who to pester about that, though really I wouldn't mind a fresh original from you + whoever else from Megas you could bring on. I assume Adult Swim's loose standards and practices would be put to good use.

Plus, Titmouse's excellent endeavors into action animation make me think that even if Toonami is only given a shoe-string budget to start with, Toonami could look at more than just Japanese co-productions and acquisitions. I think those with the skills to do action animation in North America should be getting in contact with Jason DeMarco and Mike Lazzo ASAP.
