If you go to the schedule section on Adult Swim's website and sort it by show, it shows the first episode of Space Dandy listed to air on October 4th.

Indeed it does - well, I was hoping for a S2 repeat since it's only gotten 1 run, but I can accept this, cause if they do it this way, helps with extra filler with the loss of 2 shows. I was also hoping it'd stay for the entire year AND be paired up with Bebop. Both wishes granted.

I was hoping that they'd just go with repeating season two when that has only gotten one run, but I can understand why they'd chose to start over from the beginning too. Having it on the lineup for a bit longer probably helps them after a sudden and unexpected change to their schedule and gives them more time in choosing another show to take its place. Plus, they probably loved the idea of pairing Space Dandy and Cowboy Bebop on the lineup like that anyway.

So this means Sym-Bionic Titan will never be aired on TV again, much like Megas XLR... now I'm sad. Such beautiful animation gone to waste.

Still happy that CN had a recent "action cartoon renaissance", even IF Generator Rex made CN lukewarm to action before Sym-Bionic, Green lantern, Young Justice, and Beware the Batman could even premiere.

It would appear, much like the season 1 finale, TV Osaka will be airing the final episode of Space Dandy a few days before the US and the rest of Japan.

So if you want to avoid spoilers, be aware they'll be out there.

Q: Tumblr reminded me the Q&A was a thing. Since you mentioned not knowing about shows not airing on the block, would it be possible for you to learn if Generator Rex and Secret Saturdays have been written off? I'd like to know if I should even bother asking about them for the last hour of the block.

A: I have no idea, and we wouldn't put them on Toonami anyway, so it's kind of moot. I'd guess they've been written off as well. And that's the last I'll be talking about those shows, FYI

Well, he doesn't know for sure, but I wouldn't be too surprised if they were written off as well. Granted, they wouldn't air on Cartoon Network proper again and they definitely wouldn't fit Toonami, but that would be too bad if that happened.

They probably will. They just have them every couple of months instead of every month now, which is unfortunate since I remember looking forward to those Q&A sessions. They usually provided some nice bits of information.

So, assuming those two have been written off (which I'm certain at least Secret Saturdays is being written off along with BtB and Sym-Bionic Titan, it was very recently pulled from Boomerang)...

God, how many action shows does CN have left that they haven't written off yet? Samurai Jack, the four Ben 10 series, Powerpuff Girls (technically)....Is there anything else? That's abysmal at any rate.

Teen Titans was recently pulled from Boomerang and is now missing from the CN.com trademarks page (or any other mention), which it was previously there for for YEARS. (and no, they didn't just lump it in with TTGO, it had its own separate mention). Make what you will of that.

Teen Titans was a Warner Bros. Animation production though. I don't know if it's simply a case of the rights expiring or if TT got written off.

Also, I would not be shocked if Young Justice and Green Lantern got written off too if CN had more than just TV rights for them.

Teen Titans made way too much money to get written off. I'm sure CN's long contract for the series finally expired and they chose not to renew it. The clock's ticking on Brave and the Bold now.

I thought DBZ Kai would replace Attack on Titan.Now DBZ Kai will replace Bleach,which will now leave Viz with just one show on Toonami.I also did not expect Attack on Titan to have reruns.
