Nick will start filming their 'Simon Fuller/Ryan Tedder-Produced Untitled Project' scripted series in December.

Additionally, Angela de Silva will guest star in a special Halloween episode of Ryan's Mystery Playdate, premiering in October.

Blue’s Clues & You! will premiere Monday, Nov. 11, at 9 a.m. (ET/PT)!

Original host Steve Burns will also be appearing in the episode!

Nickelodeon has greenlit a new high-stakes competition series, Top Elf, and ordered a full series pickup of The Substitute.

The Substitute series will premiere in October 2019.

I'm confused. I thought The Substitute was originally supposed to be 20 episodes? Wasn't airing last April promoted as a series? It had Jace Norman, and also another episode aired last May featured Lily Singh. Of course each 2 episodes got special features after airing each regular episodes.




Just later looked at it and The Substitute will have 10 episodes in a season, and Top Elf which premieres in December has 5 episodes in a season

Nick does call the two different The Substitutes that aired back in April and May as specials.

"The Substitute’s first special debuted in April with guest star Jace Norman (Henry Danger), and the second special premiered in May, guest starring multitalented comedian Lilly Singh."

I was confused about that, too. I was sure 10 episodes were mentioned during upfront, but looking back at the upfront press release, no episodes were mentioned.

I asked nickandmore about it. Still awaiting for reply. I must have thought it would be 20 episodes, but I don't know what source says it. Maybe I might be wrong on saying it's 20 episodes. But yeah..

Seems like Nick is starting to focus on cheap to produce live action reality series. I guess thats what the current state of television will leave you with.

Nick will premiere new 44-minute PAW Patrol special Ready, Race, Rescue on November 11!

The special will be released on DVD exclusively at Walmart beginning Sept. 3.

A lot of Nick shows are produced around LA, though. Normally at The Burbank Studios. The last I heard about Nick on Sunset was that it was going to be renovated.

There's a new promo of a future Henry Danger episode titled "Sister Twister"- yet Futon Critic shows no episode with this title.


My best guess is that it's the same scenario as SpongeBob's "The Krusty Bucket" where the promo calls it "SpongeBob Meets Plankrab".

So basically- I believe the episode in the HD promo to be "Glittered with Danger", anyone able to confirm this? My only 'evidence' would be 0:08 in the video where the two have glitter on them. Still would love a better confirmation of this to be the case though.

Yeah, I just want to make sure before hastily going, "There's glitter on them in the promo, this HAS to be Glittered with Danger!" I'm sure the title on Futon is the official title, but I'm wanting to make sure the promo is for that episode. Guess I'll be waiting for Zap2it to update with the episode + plot, as the episode isn't even listed yet.
