VERY Urgent JLU Question!!!

I'm setting my VCR, and my VHS tape is almost out of available time!

So, I have an URGENT question -- without the commercials or the end credits, how many minutes long is a JLU episode?

I have EXACTLY 20 minutes and 51 seconds left on this VHS tape. Does anyone know the running time of tonight's episode, "The Balance"? I'm going to cut out the commercials and end credits, so let's hope I make it...

Ok Squall, the episode is 22 minutes and 52 seconds long. Excluding the opening and closing credits though, by my calculations, it comes out to about 21:30....give or take a second or two.

The opening teaser is pretty long though. Its running time is about..

I decided to go with a different tape after all. Maybe I'll just fill up the remainder of the tape with a 15-minute episode of Aqua Teen or Harvey Birdman or something. Later!

Most cartoons, including opening and closing titles, run 22 and 1/2 minutes, minus commercials.

Have you ever thought about getting DVR service from your cable company, or buying a TiVO?

Hi Everyone, I bought a DVD recorder at Wal-mart a few months ago and I also have a DVR from comcast. The recorder cost around $138.00 or so.. I was tired of VCRs and decided to get the DVD recorder. well, my point is it works great and my DVR automaticly records all the Batman episodes for me and then I put them on DVD. When WB repeated all the first season episodes ,I recorded them all and have all of season one on DVD . I'm now recording season two as they air. I have most of Justice League unlimited on DVD right now also. The system works well and is much better then VHS tapes (I have hundreds) DVDs last forever and are much better picture and sound plus easier to store. I recommend everyone when given a chance, to buy a Recorder and DVR in order to have their favorite shows on DVD. the blank DVDs are cheap and I buy them in 25 packs and put them in DVD cases along with my pre-recorded DVDs. you can also copy them from another DVD player in order to save copies or give to friends..

DVDs last forever...

Unfortunately this is not really true. They usually last a really really long time, assuming they're stored in good condition. I don't really keep up on the whole lifetime-of-CDs-and-DVDs debate too closely, but from what little I've read there is still some debate over that, and it's more a question of whether or not your DVDs will last longer than you do than whether they'll last indefinitely.

My source of confidence as it relates to my BTAS Volumes 1-3 box set lasting indefinitely comes from the facts that A) it's still in print so I can re-buy it if necessary, and B) tens (hundreds?) of thousands of people have a copy of it. The fact that I myself own the box sets is the least assuring of those three things in making me confident that I have permanent access to the BTAS series (and any other DVD movies/shows).
