That's a no prize. If no merger gets done (unlikely but theoretically possible) the spilt still happens and is scheduled to close that calendar year. Are you willing to predict if a/which buyer will actually get their hands on any of these assets?

I predict that The animated Wings of Fire project will be revived after several years in development hell.

My speculation is that a third volume of Looney Tunes Collector’s Vault will be announced and released later this year.

Disc 1 would comprise 25 cartoons featuring several never available on DVD and Blu-Ray like 1943’s Flop Goes the Weasel and 1960’s Horse Hare.

Disc 2 would comprise another 25 cartoons that had been on DVD in the Golden Collection and Super Stars sets but not on Blu-Ray such as 1956’s The Slap Hoppy Mouse and 1959’s Apes of Wrath.
