With the exception of Michigan J. Frog briefly making an appearance when the WB network was launched in 1995 – and not counting Dot’s animated “Animaniacs” appearance – Warner Bros. has altered the iconic water tower on their lot for the first time since 1927 with a gigantic poster of Melissa Benoist as Supergirl to promote their upcoming television series debut.
“Supergirl” debuts on CBS on October 26, 2015.
