I'm 21, but since my parents were both in their mid 30s when they had me I act a lot older than I am.

Quite frankly, I'm more mature than my 30 some brother. At least I pay my bills.

Oh yeah, well my young friend, we had what you would call a "NES". I believe there may also have been a "Genesis" in the house too. Not only that, but we had this nifty thing called a "record player" that played these giant plate sized disks.

Like I said, I'm only 21 years old, barely old enough to have lived in the time of record players, and yet I find that my old record player I inherited from my father, as well as plenty of 12" albums and 45's that I also inherited, and 12" albums from some of my favorite modern artists and 7" EP's from punk rock artists that I bought myself, to be the greatest way to listen to music. I do have hundreds, if not thousands, of CD's, but they just cannot compare. I mean, Sublime's self-titled 1996 album is great no matter how you listen to it, but man, last years vinyl issue of the album was so spectacular it almost makes me want to throw away my CD copy of the album.

As far as MP3 downloads, I don't even bother with that stuff, because the sound quality is just atrocious. I'd rather buy the physical CD version and rip it to my computer in order to get it on my iPod.
