Who is the oldest user here?

16, 17 in November.

I'm almost 20, but I know that I am far from being the oldest.

I just turned 21 this month...That's right... I remember when 3-D gaming first became popular...those jagged blocky textures blew our minds back in the day.

I'm 20, which still feels a bit odd to me since I don't often think of myself as my age. I'll be 21 in February and I don't plan on drinking then either. I'm not anywhere near the oldest member here as well.

Back in my days we did not have your fancy Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360! We had the n64 with Super Mario 64! That was the real games! *trips* OW MY HIP!

Yeah I'm only 10.

...

Ok I'm 16, but there are plenty of people in their fifties that post here sometimes from what I can tell o_o.

...That would mean you registered underaged.... BUSTED :p

My age: The square root of 196.

I'm 15. I guess I'm not the oldest.

I just turned 16. The actual oldest user could be in their 70's, but that would a lot different from the oldest TZ regular. So Eric Brown at 61 years sounds about right.

Well, I will say that I am 30 and I am glad I am not the only older person to post on these boards.

In the past I was actually ran off of a messageboard because I was told that the only reason a person my age posts on messageboards like this is so that they could pick up underage girls.

It could not possibly be that I just like animation (mostly anime) now could it?

I swear some people are so narrow-minded at times. I truly hope that the people on this board have a broader point of view and can understand that there are people my age that just like animation.

30....I don't quite believe it myself....:anime:...

A lot of people here who don't drink and have no intention of doing so. Fair enough.

For me, I enjoy a nice drink every now and then. Alcohol was never a forbidden fruit for me, growing up. As a young kid, if I asked my parents about their beer, or wine, I'd be allowed a sip so there was no mystery to it.

Did I drink a bit in High School? Yes. Not too much, but probably more than I should have considering the crowd. But, in my life I've only ever had a hang over once.

But, well, I can have a drink any time I want. But I never drink alone, only in social settings, and never too much. I was at a party on Thursday night and had one glass of wine and a tequila Bloody Mary. That's it. I don't see a need for keggers.

But, not often. Last time I got drunk was with some friends at the 2008 Gathering in Chicago... and even then, it wasn't that drunk and we were in walking distance from the hotel.

You never had any negative alcohol experiences? You really must barely touch the stuff. I had a lot of fun times drinking, but I also used to get wasted and drive home drunk from parties. From like, one county to another, I could have killed someone easily and am lucky I didn't.

Once I got so drunk I broke my answering machine, not sure how I did that. I've passed out with my head on the toilet before after putting way too much vodka in a screwdriver. I've gotten so drunk I saw clocks melting. I've made a tremendous ass of myself while just a little buzzed and alienated friends.

I got so drunk I was powerless to move in front of a Sandra Bernhard comedy special, talk about a personal hell. I've gotten so drunk that I wasn't just hung over, I was still wasted at work the next morning. And I would still say I'm not much of a drinker, like you I limit myself to social situations like parties and sometimes I'll have a drink or two out at a club or bar with friends. Usually it goes okay but there are definitely instances where I overdo it and it doesn't.

I had a friend in college who was a raging alcoholic, would come back and scare his roommate by breaking all of his own CDs and was constantly doing self-destructive things. He'd take a bottle of malt liqour to work at the library and down that sucker in the bathroom, while on the job.

Just trying to provide some balance. To discuss alcohol honestly we need to acknowledge that there's definitely good and bad that goes along with using it and not everyone has the self-control to have only positive experiences with it the way you did. They say it's medicine and it's poison for a reason.

Shawn is right..I am probably the oldest..

Oh, I've had more than my fair share. But except for some underage drinking, I have always drank responsibly. Never driven drunk. If I couldn't drive, I'd arrange a ride.

The worst that happened was once I drank a little too much, was a little obnoxious and got yelled at.

But nope, never had any negative alcohol experiences. Again, it was never a forbidden fruit for me. I was allowed to sip beer, and I grew up drinking wine on special occasions.

I just know how to handle it. But, yes, everyone is different.

I'm 17. I don't feel very young at times, though.

Happy 15th anniversary to Secret Mountain Fort Awesome!

It should've ran for as many seasons and episodes as its post-predecessor Uncle Grandpa did.
I wish Imgur wasn't allowed on this forum until the time is right for a return since it's been unavailable in the UK since last September, so I don't see why people use links from the site for here when it's no longer available in the UK and I'm really angry that their parent company made this stupid decision.
Happy 45th anniversary, MTV.
MeTV Toons is a great channel when it comes to classic cartoons, but we know it can be way better. The Duck4Real (me!) elaborates on this in his latest YouTube vlog. Watch it!
