It's definitely not French, there weren't any nasales. They say something like ''uno dos tres'' or maybe ''um dois três''. So it's either Spanish or Portuguese. (I think it's Spanish, because CN US has a second (Spanish) audio track)

That could very well be just some fan posting his or her desires on Wikipedia because anyone can edit the site. I would take that news with a grain of salt unless there's confirmation from an official and credible source. If there's no link or source cited on the Wikipedia page, then it's most likely fake.
