From what I'm hearing, they heavily hinted that it wasn't GXP's replacement. I'm thinking it could Eureka Seven's replacement in August.

Sym-Bionic Titan Season 2 has a "chance", whatever that means.

They hope to get SARA on the block soon. Their budget is increasing but they need SARA to look good and fit in with the new TOM.

Just wait for it. I can see it now. All the haters are flocking to the Tumblr to tell Toonami how much they suck for having a lot of shonen on the block.

So they're going to front-load with shonen. At least Soul Eater and Bleach will be gone in 2014, though likely something like HunterXHunter 2011 will take one of the shows' places.

Hey, I'm not saiyan I agree with what the haters say, I'm just saiyan they're gonna say it. You're right, shonen brings in ratings, which Toonami needs. And I really don't care if the show is shonen or not. All I know is that I desperately need to start One Piece, and this is a perfect opportunity for me to do it.

Have they said anything about potential expansion, perhaps with? If they hinted that One Piece won't be replacing GXP, then the next opening without an expansion would be when E7 ends in August (unless they plan to knock off a Bebop or IY episode to push Thundercats/Titan down) and it would be very unusual of them to announce a show five months in advance when there's an opening for a new show in two months. Plus with 3 long runners plus a year-long show, I don't like the idea of the first two hours of the block being locked in given the limited time they have plus there's still a serious need for something a bit more mature/seinen-y on the block, so adding an extra hour would be a godsend for the schedule so we could be looking at something like this come May:

11.0: One Piece
11.5: Naruto
12.0: Bleach
12.5: Michiko to Hatchin/Future Diary/Fujiko Mine/Tiger and Bunny/new seinen
1.0: Soul Eater
1.5: Thundercats
2.0: Sym-bionic Titan
2.5: Eureka 7

3.5: FMA Brotherhood

Is it Christmas Day?

This keeps getting awesomer and awesomer. I wonder if they'll start from the beginning or continue where they originally left off. In a way, I'm hoping where they left off. It may not have been the FUNi version we saw in 2004, but even with the 4kids dub, I still have the general idea of what happened before we saw the first FUNi dub.

The new TOM and Absolution will be great. Perhaps this means new little interstitial (if that's the word I want) things like the 10-15s reused bumpers from '04, maybe new ones will be here.

As for Samurai Jack, maybe Boomerang should just remove it and let Toonami take it.

Whenever One Piece does arrive, I hope they at least do away with the Bebop hour for something else, whether it be FLCL, Big O season 2... whatever. Just letting InuYasha have the one-hour. One Bebop is enough

Crap, new TOM looks BA. The head seems a bit strange to me, but it doesn't look too bad. I think I'll come to like it.

Here's my question, does this new TOM body get a story, or is it gonna be a TOM 4 where it happens with no explanation?

One Piece, Evangelion, new packaging for the 1 year anniversary of Toonami 2.0...safe to say that we can categorize the block as a "success" so far. Clearly there's more of a budget to play with now.

In a way, One Piece is actually very smart...fans love it and while it has a bazillion episodes, that also means they'll never be out of material and could even occupy an hour of the block with this if they really wanted to. I'm actually hoping they'll start with Skypiea, or perhaps even later when the show started a new arc and converted to HD. This way they stay fairly current with the latest material, the show will look better, and eventually any new viewers will get background on the Straw Hat origins during a specific block of episodes in the Water 7 / Judiciary Island story. Fans will know what's what, for the rest I expect it will suffice at first that the show is about a wacky pirate crew having wacky adventures.

Hey guys, I was sitting right next to One Pak at the panel. No, they did not say they were expanding at all. It literally sounded like they gave us all of their upcoming Toonami plans. They even showed us the new logo for Toonami, which I don't think has surfaced on the internet yet, surprisingly. Also, they didn't really confirm Symbionic Titan season 2 was possible, but that if enough fans got together, maybe Cartoon Network will notice. Demarco and Steve also joked as Steve gets older, new Tom designs get rustier! XD
