I've never posted here before, but I have a question that doesn't belong anywhere else. Were there any deleted scenes from "Batman Returns", and what might they have been? If I remember correctly there wasn't any mention of deleted scenes when the special edition DVD was released.

My favorites are two from Dumbo. The "Elephants on Parade" number goes without saying, but the "Happy-Hearted Roustabouts" scene in the rain and lightning is in my opinion very underated.

I just want to agree with those who say Jafar is one of the best. In my opinion, he has one of the best evil laughs I've ever heard. Watch the end of his rendition of "Prince Ali" when he sends Aladdin off in the tower, and then cackles like a psychopath. Terrific!

The thing is, Disney doesn't need to spend the money trying to make NEW cartoon shorts when they have their whole classic library to choose from. I mean, who wouldn't want to see films like "Hockey Homicide" or "Symphony Hour" on the big screen?

I thought that there was at least one other cartoon besides "Springtime for Thomas" that featured a girl mouse. I don't know the title, but I think it was a cheater cartoon that used footage from the latter film. The girl mouse appeared at the end and had a sort of high pitched giggle.

For the most part, the cartoons do have their original opening music (except two from 1943 that had the unique "Hold that Lion" opening). It's the original titles that are the problem, especially since even Jerry Beck himself has never seen one and been in time to save it. Unless he has one...
