I haven't had any problems in B'more and I've been attending Otakon for 2 years. Only thing you gotta watch out for are the bums hanging around the BCC, but they just do their begging thing and that's it. But you can never be too careful. I think it's just Snaffu going to Otakon, not Bleedman...
