Yeah, I can confirm, as I have the HD channel. The promo wasn't in crappy stretch-o-vision, unlike the FMAB S2 Promo. My only guess on why AS has the HD tapes and that Aniplex hasn't released a Blu-Ray is that Aniplex always had the HD footage, but just wanted to wait until they finish...
