Read the whole article. By their standards, this is pretty much normal. I don't agree with what they do, but it's pretty much a culture thing.

Well, at least they didn't go to prison like always, but instead were publicly ridicule for 6 hours. Sucks to be them, but it appears to be a case on how NK treats disgrace.
