4th Annual Adult Swim Awards - Pick the Nominees

Well its that time of year again... you know where it starts to wind down and come to an end and all those crappy yearly awards come out. Well its time for our award show, the 4th Annual Adult Swim Awards. You may choose how ever many shows/episodes/characters from each catagory you want. You just can't nominate the same show twice in the same catagory (IE: can't vote for Case Closed twice in the best series catagory). The top 5 (or 3) from every catagory with the most votes will recieve a nomination. The Final nominations will be announced on December 12, 2004 and voting begins on the same day. The voting will last until December 31st and winners will be announced on January 1st, 2005.


You may post your nominations on this thread or if you want to be private and not influence other votes you may PM me. Either way I assure you your vote will count.

Best Single Episode
The Venture Brothers - Return To Spider Skull Island: From all the pop culture refs.(Rocky Horror Picture Show, Scooby Doo, Ghostbusters, & Easy Rider) to the action & drama(the scene when Brock's car crashing into Dr. J. Venture Jr.) to comedy(the scare straight scene). Great Episode & the show needs to be continued.

The Venture Brothers - Dr. Byron Orpheus: Funny & has cool powers too.

Case Closed - Racheal Moore: I like her personality; she can be tough like kicking that kidnapper's ass in episode two, but can be a caring person like being a mother figure to Conan. Plus she has good taste.

Super Milk Chan - The Evil Spirits Go Marching In: It bores me such, there are two scenes I like. The Counterfeiter's obsession with BELGIAN WAFFLES & the princess that just popped in.

Sealab - Beck Bristow: Arrogant, racist, only thinks of himself & his career.

Inuyasha - Kikyo: Such a *****, she never have a role except to piss off Inuyasha/Kagome couplers like myself.

Case Closed: It remind too much of Digimon. Only with bigger Ross Perot sized ears on some characters.
