Begrudgingly is a pretty strong, loaded word. Of course, everyone's watched titles that they ended up not liking, but people often watch them because of the initial promise of a strong beginning to the show. The Toonami originals are great examples of shows that often have great beginnings (Fena: Pirate Princess, Ninja Kamui, Lazarus), but crappy endings.

The random episodes of Bleach I've seen were always because it was on before something else on Toonami - Kekkaishi, Durarara!!, Deadman Wonderland, etc.
