Toonami
Tune in every Saturday night @ 12a/11c!

I thought it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to discussing Toonami's bumps and promos.

If you want to talk about the shows, please do so in the appropriate talkback threads.

I'll be watching this thread to read about all the new bumps and promos as they air, and hopefully seeing links to watch them online as soon after they do as possible (hint hint ;)).

Do we have any details about official streaming? I don't expect the bumps and promos (although I would greatly welcome them), but what about the shows themselves? It seems likely enough that they'd be streamed, but if so, has there been any word about how long after the broadcast we can expect them?

I don't think I'll able able to make it to the initial runs of these new shows. However, I do have an early shift tomorrow morning and DirecTV, so I guess I'll catch the 6am reairings on the CN West channel if I fall asleep before then.

Anyways, here's hoping they have an AMV of some kind tonight like they used to back in the day. The 'Space' one was one of my favorites from back in the day :)

Things TOM could do a review of tonight:

Devil Survivor 2

Persona 4

Skullgirls

I hope it's one of those, at least.

They ran a promo for Toonami during KOTH.

"Are you as stoked about it as I am?"

Hell yes random anime girl.

As for series that are not premiering episodes and do not have talkbacks, I guess it would be fine to discuss them here as well.

Discussion of reruns will go the Anything Else talkback thread. This thread will be for bumpers, promos, game reviews, etc.

Does it seem to anyone else time is going incredibly slow?

The main event is what matters. ;)

I will likely be leaving Toonzone when that occurs. I'm just going to enjoy the TV tonight and save the talking until tomorrow.

I'm probably gonna watch it and comment during breaks or something on my laptop.

When did that air? That seems like pretty promising turnaround time. Direct digital rips would be preferred, of course.

During King of the Hill apparently. This might be better:

Today marks the 25th Year Anniversary of when Pokémon Crystal was released in North America. To this day, the Johto Games remain my favorite games in the Pokémon Franchise.
Today marks the 15th Year Anniversary of ThunderCats (2011). While I find it unfortunate that the show was canceled before it had a chance to finish its story, I am glad that the show's art director was willing to give fans closure via a podcast interview.
Okay, so I found out that Sailor Moon had meet and greets at Universal Studios back in May. It would have been so cool if we had that at the turn of the century. I have gotten hugs from a Sailor Moon and a Sailor Mars at a local con back in the 2010s and spent under $100 doing it, so I don't know if this is worth the splurge but I can see that these affluent geeky people are enjoying their Sailor Moon hugs.
The characters from Netflix's Mating Season apparently were born from the same deeps as the Warner Bros cartoon characters
