Now it's bedtime for me. I plan on watching episodes 10-26 of Trigun next week and I don't want those spoiled so I now have a reason besides "I need sleep" to leave. This was amazing, and yeah, this has restored my wavering faith in Cartoon Network and [adult swim]. Bang.

This has been the surprise of the year so far. I have been watching every moment of this since they showed DBZ and I have been nostalging damned hard.

I've been disappointed in Tenchi Muyo though and I thought they could've showed a better episode of YYH. Oh well, I've still really enjoyed everything else they've been playing.

The picture of Astroboy looks like it's from the 1960's series. It would've made more sense for them to air the 2003 version instead, since that actually aired on Toonami. Though, maybe it was just easier to negotiate with Rightstuf than with Sony.

Astroboy is airing because Lazzo loves it. I believe it's his favorite anime.

Don't read too much into it for now. Maybe if ratings are good, but looks like they got a lot of rights to singular episodes. Here's hoping that all this publicity opens up an eye or two over at Cartoon Network.
