I've been keeping up with the following (when I can ):
Bleach-I'm working my way through the Bount arc while watching the current episodes and reading the manga.
Claymore- I'm enjoying the anime as it acts as a refresher for earlier volumes of the manga.
Death Note- With only two episodes left, I'm really going to miss this show and its manga, since volume twelve should be easily found at Borders within another week or two.
Gundam 00- It will be nice to have another Gundam series that isn't a Gundam SEED series.
Naruto- I can't wait until this series catches up to the manga.

Do NOT RIP Orichimaru I think Itachi has maybe fifty chapters left before he is killed, if even that.

I'm trying to keep up with Eyeshield 21 and Prince of tennis. I do look at One Piece and Naruto occassionally, and I'm about to look into Major. I find it ironic though that out fo the four sports animes I know about (Eyeshield 21- football, Whistle!- soccer, Prince of Tennis- tennis, Major- baseball), they decided to bring one of the less popular sports to America first with PoT.

I'm catching up on One Piece. I was following Death Note but stopped in the early 20s and really need to catch back up with that. I want to catch up with Bleach, Code Geass, Prince of Tennis, and Claymore too. I also want to try following Gundam 00 when that starts airing. As for anything else, well, I'll play it by ear.

I think the only thing I'm "keeping up with" in the sense of "watching each new episode as it comes out" is Shippuden, but I do watch an episode or two of Geass every once in a while. But then, I've always liked to wait until a show has a fair amount of episodes out and then watch them all in one big binge. (-:
