Film Preservation Associates owns the Flip the Frog cartoons. I believe the Ub Iwerks estate owns the rights to the characters.

I remember seeing one on the net, but I'm not sure if it still exists. I can't remember the URL for it or the name of the site. I think it was hosted by Tripod.

The "Cartoons That Time Forgot, Ub Iwerks Vol 2." DVD has some Flip cartoons.

Vol. 1 has some as well, but I'd get Vol. 2 if you want GOOD cartoons...
