Have you ever had an astral projection/out-of-body experience?

Have you, and if so what was it like? Lately I've been very interested in this phenomenon so I'm just trying to see how many people have experienced one. I personally haven't but I'm trying very hard to induce one

I have once back in January. I had been practicing one for months before hand. In my prjection I saw myself in a bedroom of a house that I do not know. I decided to see myself 10 years in the future. I was working in an office at a school (I think) and I think I was married to my then boyfriend. I was also really fat. I woke up when I thought that the phone was ringing in real life.

I have really wanted to have another one. I want to go back in time next time.
