I don't really have a favorite anime on Cartoon Network, but I do watch Dragonball Z, and everything on Adult Swim Action regularly...

My favorite character on Cartoon Network (Outside of Toonami/Adult Swim) is...hmmm, can't think of any particular one really. I like a lot of people...

My favorite character on CN inside of Toonami/Adult Swim is Kiyone followed by a whole mess of people...

As for anime, I'm a fan of "Big O" which was on Toonami last year. I also enjoy Gundam Wing.

When you say favorite people ON Cartoon Network, I assume you mean "what is your favorite character"....in which case I cannot answers because I love a lot of different shows differently.
