[Spider-Man]

Like with Supergirl maybe my expecations were low but I was really surprised by Krypto #1. I've always been hot and cold on Krypto. He's a nice addition but one I never really needed and wouldn't be sad if he went away forever. But this comic has done a great job in changing all that. Ryan North pours his heart out and makes us love Krypto here. We know where this is going to go but it's still a page-turning as I'm worried about the dog's fate when the rocket test goes wrong. That's a testament to strong writing there And the art by Mike Norton is great too. I've liked his work since Young Justice and Revival and it's nice to see him here! A great first issue but I'm not really liking that Krypto just happens to run into Superman's biggest foe but I do want to see how they make it work or if they can.
