Another Marvel cartoon is in development for Disney Junior. Coming in 2027, we have Avengers: Mightiest Friends. Based on what's described, it looks like it's canon to the MCU, yet also canon to the other Disney Junior Marvel shows. I mean, Spidey is going to have crossover episodes that set the show up.

Did not have a shared animated universe of Marvel preschool cartoons that would culminate in an Avengers cartoon on my bingo card O_o.

We can get more reliable Marvel Preschool cartoons than normal Marvel cartoons :p.

You know this does make me realize outside of Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur we haven't had just a standards kids Marvel cartoon this decade. I guess if you count some of the shorter form streaming series like Baymax! or I Am Groot but outside of that one it's either been much more adult focused streaming series with at least a PG rating (you know What If, X-Men 97, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man, Eyes of Wakanda and upcoming Marvel Zombies) or these pre school level series that I guess older fans can enjoy but are specifically made for that 5 and younger demographic. With Spidey and His Amazing Friends, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends and now this. Again Spidey is one of the big shows playing at least on Disney Jr. so it must be doing really well and I guess buzz on Iron Man following suit would propel them announcing this but yeah it is weird that throughout the 80's through 2000s the main demographic that would get Marvel series were eating while everyone else really wasn't but now it's sort of the other way around. Either way good news for those more invested in this particular continuity.

Interesting idea, though it's kind of a shame they're focusing this much on only pre-school Marvel programming. Still it's cool Spidey & his Amazing Friends turned out to be such a big success it keeps getting renewed and now getting spin-offs and whatever else.

With "Friends" in the title I doubt they will touch on stuff like Civil War but that's kind of a given considering it's going to Disney Junior. I hope they do have a big Avengers/Fantastic Four team-up, eventually. Maybe squeeze in a few X-Men, too.

At first I thought this was their idea of celebrating Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes' 10th anniversary, which is coming up next month.

"The Marvel animated universe on Disney Junior just keeps getting larger, as the network has announced an all-new animated series aimed at pre-schoolers, and starring the Avengers. The new show is titled Marvel’s Avengers: Mightiest Friends, and it is scheduled to debut in 2027. It will join the currently airing Spidey and his Amazing Friends, and the upcoming Iron Man and his Awesome Friends, which premieres next week.

The official description for Marvel’s Avengers: Mightiest Friends reads as follows, “Evolving from the new Marvel’s Iron Man and his Awesome Friends series (premiering August 11 on Disney Jr., next day on Disney+), Marvel’s Avengers: Mightiest Friends introduces kid versions of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes: Iron Man (Tony Stark), Captain America (Steve Rogers), Hulk (Bruce Banner), Black Panther (T’Challa), Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff) and Thor. Together, the young Avengers strive to be their best selves while facing off against classic Super Baddies.” Sean Coyle, Bart Jennett and Harrison Wilcox serving as Executive Producers. Find it hard to beleive how this upcoming set has more than one normally-considered "politically incorrect" cartoon in new restoration form..

I'm not Canadian but I'm kind of upset that Teletoon became Cartoon Network Canada.
It's official: I have now preordered GTA VI for PlayStation 5; the more expensive and feature-complete Ultimate Edition of the game, that is. I also intend to buy a PS5 Slim optical drive next month (EDIT: Done!) in the hopes of maybe indirectly convincing SIE to reverse its controversial plans to go all-digital on all post–Jan 2028 PS console games, even though GTA VI is a digital-only game.
Happy anniversary to "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout".
