Show Us Your Character

Hey folks, long time no see. When I'm not doing behind the scenes webmastery-type stuff here at TZ, I'm at my day job working for the USA Network. And the USA Network website just launched something called "Show Us Your Character", where you can upload images and video of yourself acting silly, plus become part of little web communities with chat and everything. The reason I'm mentioning this here is that this SUYC thing needs to be tested -- and I mean really tested -- by smart people like yourselves who know how to play with something until it breaks.

So please help me keep my job by going here:

Then go to the "create a chararacter" screen, where you can upload pics or record a video with your webcam.

Once you're registered you can vote for some of the other TZ'ers who have created characters:

I'm confused. So you want us to upload a bunch of pictures of ourselves acting weird in hopes of finding errors in the system?

Hang on, they're not going to show clips from the popular ones during commercials for USAnetwork.com, are they? (some networks do that, and they'd have the rights to)

I just want to be sure. USA Network is on in our house a LOT, and I don't think I'd be able to live with that. If they have no intention of that, I'll upload some. (just making sure)
